Shipping Policy
- Current shipping destinations: Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and other EU countries.
- We use bpost for all shipments, providing a Track & Trace link for every order.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If your order is delayed, please contact info@yalore.com.
Returns & Refunds
- You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in original packaging.
- To request a return, email info@yalore.com with your order number.
- Return shipping costs:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- All orders include a Track & Trace link.
- If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact info@yalore.com for assistance.
Future International Shipping
- We currently ship within the EU but plan to expand internationally soon.
