Shipping Policy

• Current shipping destinations: Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and other EU countries.
• We use bpost for all shipments, providing a Track & Trace link for every order.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Returns & Refunds

• You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in original packaging.
• To request a return, email info@yalore.com with your order number.
• Return shipping costs:
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• All orders include a Track & Trace link.
• If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact info@yalore.com for assistance.

Future International Shipping

• We currently ship within the EU but plan to expand internationally soon.
